- 200 g Sugar
- 2 t Cinnamon
- ½ t Salt
- ½ C Walnuts
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Vegetable Oil
- 1 C Zucchini Peeled and Grated
- 2 t Vanilla
Instructions
- Grease and flour a bread pan
- Whisk together dry ingredients
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients
- Transfer to bread pan
- Bake at 325° for 50 minutes
