Blistered Green Beans
Add cloves of garlic or any other vegetable of similar size to the pan to take advantage of the hot oven (onion, leeks, carrots, snow peas...). Extra roasted garlic always comes in handy.

Ingredients
- 1 lb Green Beans Fresh
- 1 oz Olive Oil
- 1 t Salt
- ½ t Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Wash and dry the green beans, snip the ends. (drying matters, do a good job)
- Place on a sheet pan and coat with oil, salt, and pepper
- Roast at 400° for 10 minutes, depending on preference
