Boiled Eggs
Have a timer ready (or click on time below to start timer). Remember: a single-layer of eggs with at least an inch of water above them.

- 1 t Salt
Instructions
- Bring water and salt to a boil.
- Gently add the eggs (slotted spoon is good here).Start timer.Soft: 6 minutesMedium: 8 minutesHard: 10 minutes
- Prepare an ice bath as the timer nears the end.
- Remove eggs and place them in ice bath to stop the cooking.
Notes
For easier peeling, let them set in the fridge a good while and completely cool.
