- 1 T Chili Powder
- 1 t Salt
- 1 t Cumin
- ½ t Paprika
- ½ t Cayenne
- ½ t Black Pepper
Instructions
- Add all to a spice grinder and grind to mix evenly
Notes
I use this primarily for pinto beans, but it's a good general mix for any batch of beans that aren't specific (like red beans and rice which use the creole mix or chili which uses the chili mix)
