Ingredients

  • 1 T Chili Powder
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 t Cumin
  • ½ t Paprika
  • ½ t Cayenne
  • ½ t Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Add all to a spice grinder and grind to mix evenly

Notes

I use this primarily for pinto beans, but it's a good general mix for any batch of beans that aren't specific (like red beans and rice which use the creole mix or chili which uses the chili mix)
