- 1 lb Green Beans Fresh
- 1 oz Olive Oil
- 1 t Salt
- ½ t Pepper
Preheat oven to 400°
Wash and dry the green beans, snip the ends. (drying matters, do a good job)
Place on a sheet pan and coat with oil, salt, and pepper
Roast at 400° for 10 minutes, depending on preference
