Instructions
Bring water and salt to a boil.
Gently add the eggs (slotted spoon is good here).
Start timer.
Soft:
6 minutes
Medium:
8 minutes
Hard:
10 minutes
Prepare an ice bath as the timer nears the end.
Remove eggs and place them in ice bath to stop the cooking.
Notes
For easier peeling, let them set in the fridge a good while and completely cool.
