Ingredients

  • ¾ C Corn Meal
  • C All-Purpose Flour
  • ¼ C Sugar
  • 2 t Baking Powder
  • ½ t Salt
  • 1 C Milk
  • 1 Egg Beaten
  • ¼ Vegetable Oil or Drippings

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 400°
  • Grease 9" Pan
  • Mix all dry ingredients into a bowl
  • Stir in all wet ingredients
  • Pour into greased pan
  • Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
