  • ½ t Baking Soda
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 2 t Cinnamon
  • ½ t Salt
  • ½ C Walnuts
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g Vegetable Oil
  • 1 C Zucchini Peeled and Grated
  • 2 t Vanilla

Instructions

  • Grease and flour a bread pan
  • Whisk together dry ingredients
  • Mix in the rest of the ingredients
  • Transfer to bread pan
  • Bake at 325° for 50 minutes
